SERVICE AREAS

ARE WE LOCAL TO YOU & YOUR PUP?

We’re based in Laguna Beach, California. We also provide pet care to the surrounding neighborhoods of Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo and Mission Viejo. For most services, we require an additional $5 if you live more than eight miles away from our home address.

OUR TOP FAQs

  • DOES YOUR OVERNIGHT RATE INCLUDE WALKS/PLAYTIMES/FEEDINGS?
    Yes! Walks, playtimes, feedings and any other reasonable requests are included in our overnights.
  • WILL YOU AND GRAHAM BE WITH MY DOG ALL DAY FOR OVERNIGHT SITTINGS?
    We aim to be in the house from 6 p.m. to 7 a.m., and to not leave your pup alone for an extended amount of time. However, we may have other pups to attend to during the day, as well as errands and personal appointments. Please discuss your preferences for leaving your pup during the day; 24/7 care is possible for an additional charge.
  • DOES GRAHAM HAVE TO COME ALONG TO SITTINGS/WALKS/DROP-INS?
    No, Graham is not required to come along on drop-ins if your pup prefers to be a lone wolf. Graham does not participate in cat drop-ins. However, overnight sittings can only be booked if a successful meet-and-greet has been completed with both Celine and Graham. Celine does not accept overnight requests if Graham cannot come.
  • DO YOU TAKE DOGS TO DOG PARKS/BEACHES/ETC.?
    Yes! However, Celine requires all owners who request dog park visits to sign a waiver and pay a small transportation fee.
  • DOES GRAHAM HAVE TO COME ALONG ON WALKS?
    No, Graham is not required to come along on walks if your pup prefers to be a lone wolf.
  • WILL I RECEIVE A SUMMARY OF THE VISIT/SERVICE?
    Yes! We use the “Walkies” application to provide you with live updates, photos and more!
  • CAN I BOOK SERVICES BEFORE 8AM/AFTER 4PM/ON SUNDAYS?
    Yes, you can book services before/after hours, Sundays included, but there is an additional fee.
